Common problems that occur when signing into your account include the following.
- Invalid email address
- Invalid password
- Invalid two-factor authentication code
Invalid email address
If your email address was not recognized when submitting your login credentials, it may be that you used a different email address or miskeyed it when creating the account .
One way to verify your email address is to check your inbox for the confirmation email sent by our site when setting up your account. This confirmation email is sent to the email address in the system used for your account.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, try creating an account using that email address. If the email address is in our system, we will notify you that an account exists with that email address.
Invalid Password
If you are logging in with the proper email address, the issue may be that you are using an invalid password. If you cannot recall your password, you can select “Forgot Password?” from the login screen to reset your password.
Invalid two-factor authentication code
Here are a few issues that may occur when logging in with two-factor authentication and ways to help resolve those issues.
- Code refreshed – Most authentication codes are only valid for a few seconds before they are refreshed. It is possible that the code refreshed before you could submit it. Wait for a fresh code to appear and try entering it again.
- Wrong authentication account – Some users will use the same authentication application for multiple sites. Some applications are set up so that each account registered within the authentication application will have a unique code. Make sure you are viewing the code for the appropriate code for our site.
- Miskeyed authentication code – The code that you entered may have been miskeyed. If using a numeric keypad, make sure the number lock is enabled. Wait for the authentication code to refresh and try entering it again.
